It appears that the Supreme Court has turned down an appeal from the ACLU that would allow them to pursue a lawsuit against the program that wiretapped millions of innocent americans.  To add insult, they did so without remark.  

When the Supreme Court has no interest in upholding our constitutional rights we have a real problem.  I think MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann put it best….

I refuse to sit by while we are systematically stripped of our rights… this has nothing to do with Terrorism.
